1. Felt so cheatedDisappointing!I got this offer(for 3 months) from SHARAF DG after making a purchase.However the options are very limited as such not as useful as expected.If for whatever reason it's not possible to offer all of the options for 3 months why can't the offer not be reduced to half the time viz.6 weeks with all of the options/choices available?Samsung provided this app for food and entertainment offers but it's absolutely false advertising.

2. Another Hotel told me that I can use Entertainer coupons on certain days of the week which is not mentioned in Entertainer itself!!!The app is easy to use but there is VERY limited offers.

3. For example, Smoothie Factory told me that Entertainer stopped paying their bills, so they stopped dealing with its coupons.

4. So I am not sure whether this is false or fake offer from sharaf DG or a bug in the appI have been given this app from Gulf News Digital.

5. Although it would have been the same price for the usual entertainer but alot of merchants are missing from this reward entertainer.

6. More renowned restaurants and multi cusines i.e Jamaican English and ThaiI got this from sharaf DG as oart of a promotion ,it worked only once for me.

7. There are ZERO hotel and travel offers.Very limited option.

8. This has limited options.Totally not worth.

9. This app has nothing to offerNothing at all appears.Great app but would love to see more choices in food and beverages section.

10. Very limited restaurants and stores are almost none.

1. Fix rewards ENTERTAINER Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart rewards ENTERTAINER: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the rewards ENTERTAINER App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "rewards ENTERTAINER" » Open rewards ENTERTAINER » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for rewards ENTERTAINER » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear rewards ENTERTAINER app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from rewards ENTERTAINER servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "rewards ENTERTAINER" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check rewards ENTERTAINER app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, rewards ENTERTAINER might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall rewards ENTERTAINER. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall rewards ENTERTAINER then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing rewards ENTERTAINER not working
