I've lost 13400 miles without unlocking the app for me!!!Big failure...no customer support number to reach out to...the number of available restaurants is less than 15... you spend 6700 skywards miles (which can do you an upgrade to business on a short flight) to purchase a pack of 2 vouchers that can save you about a 100 dirhams at one of the restaurants...pathetic...uninstalling immediatelySeems more like a scam.

2. I strongly advise you to NOT download this absolute CON of an app! Without even knowing 6700 skywards miles will zapped from your account - you are then left trying to contact a completely USELESS customer service team - both the Skywards and Entertainer teams are completely HOPELESS.

3. Why would you buy the subscription waiting 6700 miles when you can buy the actual Entertainer app with thousands of offers.

4. The offers are for 1/2 price fast food and cheap tours! Even then you cannot use the offers because everything is locked! For two "reputable" brands to be associated with this CON is a disgrace.

5. Doesn't work I wasted my miles and money in the restaurant thinking it will work.

6. It has just kept deducting my miles without unlocking the app.

1. Restart Emirates Skywards GO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Emirates Skywards GO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Emirates Skywards GO" » Open Emirates Skywards GO » click "Update".
