1. Completely useless app.I have no idea, why This app asks to access the contact names? Second the app ask you to add ur email and the 9 digits code in one step? How would I recieve the code if I cant click submit email first!! You need to fix thisThis app doesnt work.

2. It's useless, you need to fix this !Very bad poor app , forced you to allow app to make calls , why? Then crashes never starts ...smelling a scam here , how does google allow such apps in their eco systems .. ???This app os not working iny Samsung Galaxy S10 light.

3. I received an email saying that the apps is back but there is an error message even if i have downloaded the new oneNot able to open it.

1. Fix Galaxy ENTERTAINER Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Galaxy ENTERTAINER: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Galaxy ENTERTAINER App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Galaxy ENTERTAINER" » Open Galaxy ENTERTAINER » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Galaxy ENTERTAINER » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Galaxy ENTERTAINER app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Galaxy ENTERTAINER servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Galaxy ENTERTAINER" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Galaxy ENTERTAINER app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Galaxy ENTERTAINER might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Galaxy ENTERTAINER. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Galaxy ENTERTAINER then reinstall.
