1. I am sure this is happening with others why cant you resolve! Very bad support.All offers are locked however my account is active, called, emailed and live chat approached with no benefit.Unable to get otp.
2. The customer service is helplessMy account got stuck.. while registration i set a password and after the registeration is done im trying to login .. i receive invalid password... when trying to reset .. i dont recieve any emails... disappointement.

Hi. I downloaded the vodafone entertainer and I click on My Lifestyle to check for my exclusive benefits. but nothing is inside the My lifestyle when I click on it. Please help. I want to use my Entertainer.
