1. In addition you will spend a lot of time to find place where it works and at the end proprietary will refuse to accept for a various reasons like special day, weekend, holiday etc.. On top of it suport center is useless and in most cases even do not know what functions app.

2. Really?Worst app... you pay money and then customer agent send a long list of regulations that makes the app use almost impossible.I wish I had reviewed the restaurants and options available prior to subscribing! Im full of disappointment.

3. The ones that were even available with the normal subscription has become premium! Its useless and WILL NEVER RENEW AGAIN!Have uninstalled .... no use to me at all if I can't change my location from Dubai to SA....I purchased a subscription in 2021, and it ended on Dec 2022.

4. Early membership was around $70+? The restaurant variety isn't great, as my favourite restaurants and places I frequent don't work with Entertainer.

5. There should be a Brunch category where a user can filter by day, time or period, type of promotion, etc., including in map view.

7. App loads forever when it was in the background and has to be closed and reopened (reinstall did not help) The brand new section shows tons of duplicates and most merchants are not new.

1. Fix the ENTERTAINER Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart the ENTERTAINER: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the the ENTERTAINER App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "the ENTERTAINER" » Open the ENTERTAINER » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for the ENTERTAINER » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear the ENTERTAINER app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from the ENTERTAINER servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "the ENTERTAINER" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check the ENTERTAINER app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, the ENTERTAINER might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall the ENTERTAINER. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall the ENTERTAINER then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing the ENTERTAINER not working

2. Fix the ENTERTAINER Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make the ENTERTAINER be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to the ENTERTAINER not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, the ENTERTAINER may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
