1. Love it.Their SHIPPING TAKES FOREVER... I ordered & paid on March 5th in stock merchandise, Yet, they REFUSE to ship it till March 26..... WHAT ARE THEY WAITING FOR.. When i paid it said 5-7 business days for shipping... :( Now im mad, also i paid $149 for shipping, why not ship it ... Shipping wasnt free for me im in CT not NYC!!!I've had nothing but great experiences with this company.

2. I still have not received tracking info, shipping info or any hint of my order in route.The ottoman came on time.

3. Keep up the excellent job.App will not accept 16, 17, or 18 character password (or else doesnt accept non-alphanumeric characters) Everything seems to be made by a company called Baxton and allmix on backorder.

4. On 6/12/20, I requested an update or a refund, and have not received either.Even through this coronavirus that were going through, customer service still got to me within a matter of time to help me with any issue I might have had.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Classy Home - Furniture" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check The Classy Home app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Classy Home might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall The Classy Home. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Classy Home then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Classy Home not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Classy Home be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
