1. it needs improvement once you update the issue my full star is all for youI love this app but a little problem is there,that it can blur all the things except people and the little more function should me there that after fixing blur we can erase the thing which we don't want to blur like the frizzy hairExcellent work from u guys app work flawlessly with out any need with depth sensor or a secondary camera.

2. Please fix this issue... This has been there from such a long time... And this issue makes this app totally useless... Pictures must be saved as they appear on screen.Teleport blur is doing good for half body photos however it is missing an important feature for the full portrait images.

4. I used to love this app.the blur effect is amazing but the photo resolution gets low in size and the details loss but the blur effect is good .

5. I suggest that you pay attention and consider updating and fix the problem.It's like pasting a sticker of the original picture on the blured picture after it's been saved to gallery.

6. Thanks Teleport Future Technologies.It should be better to have trouble because, after photographing and performing the bokeh or portrait algorithm, or the same background depth as the subject, I say that the subject's margins are not recorded regularly.

7. Hey developers, you have done amazing job... This is by far the best third party app with such an amazing blur capability BUT when we save the picture... The blur is totally ruined.

8. To solve this inconvenience It should add a brush option to erase/remake blur according to users choice.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Teleport Issues

1. Fix Teleport Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Teleport: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Teleport App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Teleport" » Open Teleport - Auto Background Blu » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Teleport » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Teleport - Auto Background Blu app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Teleport servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Teleport - Auto Background Blu" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Teleport app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Teleport might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Teleport. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Teleport then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Teleport not working


2. Fix Teleport Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Teleport be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Teleport not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Teleport may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
