1. I got the Pro version and will never see that money again (i did reach out to them) Another kick in teeth is that even though i bought the Pro version they offer a stamper for gallery pics (in case I need to stamp photos in the gallery for some reason???!) and you cannot alter any of the choices unless you buy the pro version on that app, too.

2. Lots of pictures dont get stamped, takes even longer after photo was taken to stamp the few that do work, and get tons of "unsupported files" which deletes the picture I took, unacceptable.

3. Please go back a rev.After last update switching from the widget running in background to now a shortcut that launches the stamp app and then the camera app, is now horribly unreliable on my Galaxy S9+.

4. Widget no longer works, stamps are missing location and logo/date size is way off, doesn't match the "preview" in app when setting font size.

5. The free version is extremely spotty and doesn't always stamp the photos.

6. Until now, taking pictures in panoramic mode destroys the date/time and location stamp.

7. Not only this, the set size of font in the date/time and location stamp always change.

8. I had the same problems as other people, where the location stamp would not update when changing locations.

9. I tried the shortcut, it's useless as it doesn't enable AND disable, it only launches the camera.

10. Looks like they abandoned the widget for a "shortcut" which launches the camera and enables the stamper.

11. I'd rather pay full price once than be misled and make 2 purchases for the same app.Doesn't work very well anymore.

1. Fix Auto Stamper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Auto Stamper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Auto Stamper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Auto Stamper" » Open Auto Stamper™: Date Timestamp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Auto Stamper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Auto Stamper™: Date Timestamp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Auto Stamper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Auto Stamper™: Date Timestamp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Auto Stamper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Auto Stamper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Auto Stamper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Auto Stamper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Auto Stamper not working

2. Fix Auto Stamper Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Auto Stamper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Auto Stamper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Auto Stamper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
