1. Only problem was that i always order from my list first, then logor new items, and every time I added an item from my list, it went back to the top of my list and I have to scroll down and up and down and attempt to find where I left off on the list.

2. Coupons won't work either (after three failed attempts I logged in with a browser, and the coupon worked fine then.) Also, as far as I can find, you can't access any of your saved lists other than your default list.

3. There are a couple other minor irritations, but it's mostly a smooth process!Blank screens, won't reset password, doesn't give indicators about why you can't submit an order (I had the billing address wrong, but nothing in the app interface would tell me that.

4. I love that I can save items to my list for easy selection for future orders! However, I cannot view item details once they are in my list.

5. The app is okay but it's just a shopping app and I would rather place my orders on a real computer with a real monitor.Great easy checkout and access to my list and promo codes.

8. Lastly, when I add items to my cart, the entire store listing goes back to the beginning and I have to scroll allllll the way back to where I was just to add another item.

9. The app and the website don't link on my phone, so I often have to re-enter my entire order on the website when the app check-out fails.

10. Every time after a loooong search if I accidentally touch something, instead of backing just one screen, it kicks me all the way to the beginning and I have to start all over again.

11. On most other queries, the app would start to struggle to the point of not being able to display thumbnails, because the app is essentially a poorly optimized web browser.

1. Fix Vitacost Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vitacost: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vitacost App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vitacost" » Open Vitacost » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vitacost » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vitacost app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vitacost servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vitacost" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vitacost app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vitacost might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vitacost. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vitacost then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vitacost not working

2. Fix Vitacost Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vitacost be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vitacost not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vitacost may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
