BT Cloud Customer Insights

1. I notice when I switch on my external HD where my BT Cloud folder is located, it seems to scan every folder for changes, so with 250Gb now backed up, it takes a long time, even if there are just a few new photos added to one folder (say from my mobile phone).

2. I can't access my files as it's stopped working on the laptop tooBT Cloud works well, though it's not too clever at backing up in-use files, eg Outlook files.

3. I just want access my files on the cloud but seems to be synchronising.

4. Edit: just to confirm the app is up to date and my files are being backed up correctly with no other apparent issuesI can never access my folders when I want to get something.

5. As for sharing folders to a mobile device, dreadful! Very difficult to select and download individual photos and if "Select All" option is used it produces a Zip file but this will fail if there are too many photos.

6. Sadly dreadful!Very useful but some weirdness: clicking the cloud icon top right corner when a backup is needed always says the last completed at "06/01/28 at 9:00am".

7. It ought to take an image of the pst/ost file and back that up but it just seems to want to wait until Outlook shuts down before it attempts a backup, which could be never.

8. I have files which were synced to the cloud and available via the web but not available in the "All Files" section.

9. Doesn't refresh properly; i.e., files are out of date on tablet compared to desktop.

10. It works reasonably well on my ipad, laptop etc (although nowhere near as good as it used to), but I've had to resort to emailing stuff from my phone if I want to use/save it.

11. Overall, very pleased. We have been with BT for quite some years and BT cloud was a good bonus to have.
