1. For a money machine like swisscard it should be possible to program something that works well.Practically useless if you have shared credit card and you are not the main card holder.

2. If you budge to that requirement, you're facing a buggy app with security measures of the former Sowjet Union (and the same customer service, to say the least) All in all, it's best to cancel your credit cards with them and go elsewhere... Stay away from this app...What for is such an app useful if you cannot temporarely reduce your expenditure limit by yourself.

3. Stupid approach to card safety.Flakey. Sometimes works, but unreliable, and in what way is an error message is "internal error" + a numerc code helpful.

4. Not good enough when this is only access for customers.It's very disappointing that this app is the only way to access credit card statements, monitor costs, etc.

5. Hopefully UBS will replace this with something betterCan someone explain why this app has 600+MB of data on my phone but Revolut has 100MB? Is this a distributed ledger thing we don't know about? Up to 3⭐ because the app, with its limited functionality, does what it can, not more.

6. If the main holder disappears, the secondary one is held responsible to pay the debt amount but he/she cannot know what it is as the app shows only secondary holder transactions.

7. I make regular online payment on Swiss airlines website like many before and Swisscard decides to block my card.

8. This all is just about to make me cancel the card.As their credit card client, you're forced to use this app.

9. Again extra frustrating as they don't sent email alerts for things like statements available either.

10. They send me sms forcing me to reply with high roaming costs (!!!) to unblock the card.

1. Fix Swisscard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Swisscard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Swisscard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Swisscard" » Open Swisscard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Swisscard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Swisscard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Swisscard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Swisscard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Swisscard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Swisscard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Swisscard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Swisscard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Swisscard not working

2. Fix Swisscard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Swisscard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Swisscard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Swisscard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
