For the money we pay to access this app, I expect it to work, and it's not.Provides good trade analysis, provides huge amounts of successful trades, only downfall is getting alerts to my phone, and because its not straight forward to getting alerts to my phone i miss loads of trades, and i did go to the settings options and clicked the button so it looked like it was on (highlighted gold) but the gold highlightes actually means the alerts are off, so really confusing.Doesn't send notifications on a SamGaxy 9+.

2. Spent a month e-mailing support back and forth 8 times: tried multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, clearing phone cache, resets, made trip to phone carrier store, even tried it on a different phone (Iphone 9).

3. This never used to be a problem but has been happening all week now.I keep getting phone notifications for the chats but not for the trades which is not helpful at all.

4. Fix it and I'll be back but a month and no fix with 8 e-mails sent to support? 💣💥🤯Thank you Swipecoin for fixing the issues we had on the notifications.

5. Thats the whole point of the app.App keeps crashing resulting in no notifications for alerted tradesApp did everything it was suppose to... as of today there is an error claiming it can no longer connect to a network.

10. When I open the app it takes at least 5 minutes or more just to load the trade ideas and takes another 5 minutes to load the chat.

1. Fix Swipecoin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Swipecoin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Swipecoin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Swipecoin" » Open Swipecoin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Swipecoin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Swipecoin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Swipecoin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Swipecoin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Swipecoin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Swipecoin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Swipecoin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Swipecoin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Swipecoin not working

2. Fix Swipecoin Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Swipecoin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Swipecoin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Swipecoin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
