1. SwipeTrades APP is a forex trading based platform, the user is provided by the master trade the Symbol, Entry Price, Stop, and Target Prices along with Comments & Charts.

1. The ones I paid for dont even work.I tried to login keep error message coming as subscription is due but I'm active member don't know why this message appears and not allowing to use app please sort out this problem.

2. My username and password are correct and my subscription is still active.App lags a little bit in time I always get the notification when it's too late to enter and have to wait on a retest may need an update it was last updated in 2018.Amazing App, really helped me earn whilst I was learning.

3. Have you guys not made a way to unsubscribe emails for your apps? You fix this, then i have no problems with the app.Considering the app is not that old, I can not be too upset about the quality of it, as it takes time to refine and develop that type of software.

4. It continues to tell me user not found or something alone the lines, when the same login and pass works on several different devices to login to my I'm academy account.

5. Subscription is always paid automatically each month and have yet to miss a payment.Can't login.

1. Fix SwipeTrades Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SwipeTrades: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SwipeTrades App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SwipeTrades" » Open SwipeTrades » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SwipeTrades » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SwipeTrades app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SwipeTrades servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SwipeTrades" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SwipeTrades app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SwipeTrades might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SwipeTrades. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SwipeTrades then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SwipeTrades not working

2. Fix SwipeTrades Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SwipeTrades be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SwipeTrades not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SwipeTrades may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
