VR Player PRO Customer Insights

1. Only thing that could make it better is maybe a virtual menu for all the settings & file browsing so I wouldn't have to take the phone out of my headset so often.probably should have tested the free version before buying this... but as there is non on screen menu option to navigate thr menus or even pause and scan through the file being played when using a buttonless headset it's pretty much unusable.

2. It's a shame as otherwise it has lots of options bit is missing the most basic popup menu option that nearly every other vr plauer seems to come with.unlike the free version, this app seems to autocenter the screen when i look around.

3. purchased to get rid of the adds an check out extra features, but will unfortunatly refund since it does not work well.Just purchased the app, would like to point out two things: #There should be simply an option to disable all sensor while playing normal video in split mode.

4. Very disappointing that I spent money to support this developer but it was just a dumb mistakeWorks well , and is compatible with most videos, lots of options and sits been a favorite of mine for a while now!Got the app when I had a Moto Z worked great.

5. #Please give an option to browse file/video when in VR mode (like some apps provide), which is a very important feature people look for.

6. Really hope this can be fixed as no other VR app came close to this when it worked.Don't buy this app Developer hasn't updated it in ages.

7. very annoying, and super weird since the free version does not do this (tested back to back).

8. Used to play videos without issue, now when opening a file, it freezes then crashes.

9. Tested on Nexus 5X, Nexus 6p and Moto Z3 (main device now), same issue persists.

10. Same playlist that works in MX player (with relative path to video) cannot be opened here.

11. Thanks!The resolution used on still images needs to be increased, if it was possible to put a setting in to use the full image resolution that would be useful.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix VR Player PRO Issues

1. Fix VR Player PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VR Player PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VR Player PRO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VR Player PRO" » Open VR Player PRO » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VR Player PRO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear VR Player PRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VR Player PRO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VR Player PRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check VR Player PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VR Player PRO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VR Player PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VR Player PRO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VR Player PRO not working


2. Fix VR Player PRO Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VR Player PRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VR Player PRO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VR Player PRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
