I've built and managed large commercial network based surv solutions and the speed and reliability of the combined overall performance is faster when connectivity and camera control are of performance goals.Update 8/4/21 the server is finally back online! Thank you for fixing this problem.. good now it is awful it is worthless you can't log on the server is offline all day long.
2. I am going to find different cameras and make sure they are not associated with the 360 eyes app.I have 4 light bulb cameras they worked when storing to the cloud, but none of them record to the SD cards within them.
3. The system is worthless if it doesn't record.Videos saved to an SD card from either continuous, or alert recording, just show up as blank.
4. It's useful, it works ok, it's easy, the cameras have Pan, Tilt, Zoom and sound and are surprisingly long lasting.
5. The camera doesn't like 2 devices connecting at the same time, but hey, that's not a problem.
6. Or a black screen , triple checked settings all good sound works ... video ... Nope.
7. The camera seems to be really good, the app is trash.Do not buy.
8. Has no problem opening up to purchase storage though! Even when I try to record, it shuts down during the midst of recording.
9. These camera will no longer reset!! Haven't even had them a year yet.
10. When they did work the camera would move when motion was off.
11. Now my cameras either don't respond at all or I get shots of the floor and nothing else, the two way audio also no longer works.

Hello! I have an issue with the camera app.
When opening the app it wants to select region and it doesn't accept any of them.
I have annissue woth my 360eyes pro camera. I had to move my camera, however it is now not even turning on and flashing red.
I've rest the camera and unplugged it and plugged it back in. I've cleared the cache on the app and uninstalled it and resinstalled it however the camera isnt even coming on.
I can not receive the verification code in a timely manner. In arrives in my email box hours later and then it is not accepted. How to resolve this issue

Hi , I have had my camera for a while, it being used at a place where we do not live at, it connected fine and worked off and on I assume it’s wifi came in and out due to the weather, but now it doesn’t connect, the wifi was changed, I updated it but am not having any success. The app no longer works. It is either off-line, even though the wifi is clearly connected and functions on other devices, or there is no image; the screen is completely black.

Hi have fitted hundreds of your products over the last year for people. One customer has had 2 fitted, on her phone she CAN NOT view any footage but if I log in on my phone I can. Her son logged in on his phone and he can't view any either. They both have iPhone and money is android, never had thos before.

I have two 360 eyes external cameras at the front of my house which are working fine and have had for two years plus now.
Recently accessing remotely normally through cellular network worked perfect even abroad . however the last couple of weeks I have noticed this no longer is working. Symptoms are I can log into the app and select either camera open up the screen but no picture or error message

Hi. I have tried contacting customer services 3 times but I have had no response. I brought some CCTV cameras and have been using your app to watch the footage. They were working fine until I had my wifi changed. Obviously when I connected the new hub the cameras were offline so I deleted the cameras from the app so I could reconnect them to the new hub. Now when I try and reconnect the cameras again it says please download correct app. Can you please message me back and let me know what I need to do to solve this problem. Thanks Marc
I have a camera that I've used for about a year-and-a-half through 360 eyes Pro never really had a problem until a couple of days ago it won't log me onto the internet and then it tells me to add a new camera and then when I try to add a new camera it says error occurred and then it Loops me back to the beginning I had a lot of pictures saved and I had to try to reinstall the app and I'm not sure what happened to my Cade cloud service with you folks please get back to me as soon as possible I need to get this fixed thank you and have a good day
