Pyle IP Pro Customer Insights

1. Constantly freezes, doesn't display the camera view 9 times out of 10, swiping to control the camera just plain doesn't work, and app sucks the battery dry.

2. Then I can open up blue pyle cam pro app and easily install cameras to app and they will connect to Wi-Fi no problem.Total pile of garbage.

3. In the meanwhile I have figured out to install gray Pyle cam app..hook up cameras and connect to Wi-Fi.

4. The password pop up allows u to type in yr Wi-Fi password but that's it... there is no way to action the password...password just lies there in limbo....please fix.

5. Unable once Wi-Fi password is entered to join to Wi-Fi.

6. They removed ability to program preset view angles and the manual controls don't work very well so that's REALLY annoying.

7. Don't use this for anything seriousWorks for a while then quits...got another camera...we'll see how that works outGot to seeSlow.excellentUnfortunately there is something seriously wrong with this app.

8. Had to reboot the camera to get it to record again, which I only realized after a weekend away and it didn't record anything.

9. Sadly this could be so much better - the web app works great.Don't buy this camera.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pyle IP Pro Issues

1. Fix Pyle IP Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pyle IP Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pyle IP Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pyle IP Pro" » Open Pyle IP Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pyle IP Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pyle IP Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pyle IP Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pyle IP Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pyle IP Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pyle IP Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pyle IP Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pyle IP Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pyle IP Pro not working


2. Fix Pyle IP Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pyle IP Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pyle IP Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pyle IP Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
