(update: reflected the new version, though haven't yet figured out which provider allowed downloads of offline maps with a compatible format)Thoroughly comprehensive and well organized manual for any photographer who wants to go that extra step with the camera but doesn't know how to capture that perfect shot.

2. Things like the guideline settings for photographing lightning and stop motion settings for various moving objects are nice touches, and having struggled with capturing lightning, this would have been a great starting point.

4. Stored Planner locations are great for places you re-visit for different lighting effects, also favourites option for cameras and lenses makes storing and retrieving your kit easy.

5. On my wish list for this app: A simple logbook that allows me to log camera settings per frame per roll when using an analog camera.Just downloaded it, started to play around with it, I must be honest it's a quite impressive job you did.

8. It's a really well designed calculator of exposure, depth of field, etc, and really works well and suggests you what settings you should use to take great photo.

1. Fix Photographer's companion Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photographer's companion: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photographer's companion App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photographer's companion" » Open Photographer's companion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photographer's companion » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photographer's companion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photographer's companion servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photographer's companion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photographer's companion app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photographer's companion might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photographer's companion. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photographer's companion then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photographer's companion not working

2. Fix Photographer's companion Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photographer's companion be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photographer's companion not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photographer's companion may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
