2. Every travel agency should have this app!Love this agency and their app! I've had nothing but a great experience!Seemed okay while I could use it, which wasn't very long but I was just wondering why the ad for this app shows nurses taking photos with a patient.

3. Just stick on the blue open screen with the wheel turning indefinitely.Absolutely worthless for local or prn unless you live in Rhode Island or another tiny state where everything is local.

4. 1Even thou it didn't show as many job openings as my other apps for night shift, I did like that it shows everything you need to know about the job.

6. If you live in a large state, not so useful.I have done my very first 6 month contract through StaffDNA.

1. Fix StaffDNA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart StaffDNA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the StaffDNA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StaffDNA" » Open StaffDNA – Healthcare Careers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StaffDNA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear StaffDNA – Healthcare Careers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StaffDNA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StaffDNA – Healthcare Careers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check StaffDNA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StaffDNA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall StaffDNA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StaffDNA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StaffDNA not working

2. Fix StaffDNA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StaffDNA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StaffDNA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StaffDNA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
