Also the money wasted I ignore seeing as a pk of cigarettes back when I started cost 99p and you can't even buy 10 anymore, the calculation of money wasted is based on today's price and doesn't consider inflation or taxes.Whenever I feel carving , I just open the app , and look at the days I successfully completed without smoking.

5. it's a great app but if you can't handle it and decide to smoke while using it you have to hit the refresh button, it takes longer than a second to smoke a cigarette... it needs a pause button before you hit the refresh button, and a way to track how long you smoke each cigarette.
