1. Recognizing when it went from "this makes me feel better" to "wow I feel dizzy, sick, and generally terrible" was significant for me.Was working well... now it's hung up on the loading screen and disabling data brings up the "We'll be back in a few minutes." Which it's been over 10 hours now.... Edit* Reset phone, cleared cache and data.
2. AI could be studied to improve habits as it records why you smoke & how you're feeling to understand patterns and triggers to tackleSeems like a good idea for an app, but should have some more things available, like habit hacks, for free even using ads.
3. 7 days doesn't seem like a lot of time to decide.Caused more stress by showing me every cigarette I smoked the whole time I had the app.
4. Possibly add-on a manual log feature to counter these issues. It does actually work, but part of it working is you have to have the drive to actually WANT to change.
5. They could at least offer your first 3 days free so you can see what the app is all about before you buy into it, im not going to put my credit card into a random app just to get features that should already be offered for free.
6. It's a whole app using basically positive reinforcement training to help you quit!Good UI but not effective even if you got the paid version.
7. I do not mind paying for the app but I was not able to try the app out first without giving my credit card info and Im just not comfortable that.
8. Then I made up my mind that I want to heal my lungs, save my money, and set a good example.
9. It helped me quit smoking along with nicotine replacement therapy and counseling sessions.
10. Has alot of good information and cool updates on progress thoIt really works.
11. But it does work and does work in a way that doesn't make you feel bad if you slip up once or twice.
