1. Update 2/5/20: Also not working w/ Pixel XL 4.Great app ...well i encountered a bug in which when you save a folder for your converted image with "/" or maybe with any invalid character the folder has no images at all and even if u delete it the folder always comes back with 1 item but when u open it is all empty .

When we go to File Manager/Explorer, we find photo arranged in a perfect order but.....** If there are more than 10 images ..... image-2 will appear after image-19 and similarly img-3 will appear after img-29 because the android system will read '3' as '30'.....So, the naming should actually done as '03' and not only '3'.

3. Plz put a prompt for users using invalid characters for file names.....It worked mediocrily for free until 2 weeks ago, then it didn't show my most recent .pdf files.

4. I ended up paying for the pro version, but it works now and shows today's .pdf file on the list - and converted it to something more readable.The title is pdf to jpg...I figured it would AT LEAST do that.

5. Another application wanted to charge me $1USD to convert one file which is absolutely crazy and this one did it for free in a matter of seconds.

6. Thank you Developer(s).I think one thing should be changed, it is the pattern of default naming of the converted images.

7. this app is still a free alternative to adobe's converter, which also doesn't have that feature.Before the update, this was a wonderful app.

8. I found a few that says FREE once downloaded and converted they were not free.

9. Pdf was also full detail clear about 5 mb.! Then converted the pdf back to jpeg using your app.

10. Since the overhaul, it won't even load, nor can I find any way to get, a list whereby I may select which file I want to convert.

1. Fix PDFTOJPG Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PDFTOJPG: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PDFTOJPG App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PDFTOJPG" » Open PDFTOJPG: PDF to JPG Converter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PDFTOJPG » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PDFTOJPG: PDF to JPG Converter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PDFTOJPG servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PDFTOJPG: PDF to JPG Converter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PDFTOJPG app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PDFTOJPG might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PDFTOJPG. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PDFTOJPG then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PDFTOJPG not working

2. Fix PDFTOJPG Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PDFTOJPG be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PDFTOJPG not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PDFTOJPG may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
