I know it's an attempt to get people to buy, but I can't stand it when an app is advertised as 'free' and then after spending all the time downloading the app and going through the process (the process of conversion with this app involves too many steps) of setting up and using the app you get the message that you can't use the app features with at least committing to a free trail, after which they are hoping you forget to cancel your subscription and then can bill you.What I love with this kind of app (and I think a lot of people do, generally) is that it is free! 😃A great alternative to the red renowned PDF software! I've used it only once, but I've been very satisfied with the result :- a big PDF of 323 pages with only photos and no text was compressed into a folder which I thought would be big in size.

1. Fix PDFtoIMG Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PDFtoIMG: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PDFtoIMG App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PDFtoIMG" » Open PDFtoIMG: PDF to JPG Converter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PDFtoIMG » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PDFtoIMG: PDF to JPG Converter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PDFtoIMG servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PDFtoIMG: PDF to JPG Converter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PDFtoIMG app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PDFtoIMG might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PDFtoIMG. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PDFtoIMG then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PDFtoIMG be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
