1. Still can't download renders! Not even 768kb + your web version takes 1h45min to download a x4 render of 3000 x 3000px and then it still fails and gives an error message & it counts towards you render limit even if it does not download! Don't waste your time or data on this app youre better of elsewhere! Cancelling my sub!The most bland looking app, what's worse is that all the images I've tried to upscale don't complete.

2. Anyway, simply increasing the magnification of the original image gives the same effect as upscaling, meaning that there is no improvement in quality unless using NR.It's a really good app and best is no annoying ads.

3. EDIT: To clarify, this app uses a piece of free software to upscale images, which appears like it's done on-device for free, but in reality they charge you to instead upload to their servers with no option of doing this locally.best app.

4. This algorithm is more like "preserve details 2.0" found in Photoshop.You clearly state that free users can upload a max of 5mb per image, yet uploading a photo of 1.5mb, I get 'over size' both in the app and on the website.

5. Paid plan's not worth it, the only good thing was just the better upscaling, but as for server performance and speed, it's still slow as heck.

6. Its great for anime pictures and artworks but I use this app for upscaling photos from Whatsapp to rescale to the original quality as much as possible.

1. Fix Bigjpg Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bigjpg: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bigjpg App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bigjpg" » Open Bigjpg » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bigjpg » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bigjpg app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bigjpg servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bigjpg" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bigjpg app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bigjpg might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bigjpg. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bigjpg then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bigjpg not working

2. Fix Bigjpg Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bigjpg be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bigjpg not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bigjpg may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
