1. I'm just a guy who wants to hold his breath longer, but the fact that the app seems geared towards being an actually useful tool by free divers for free divers gives me some good confidence in it.Amazing app that is well designed and has exactly what you need to continually improve your breath holding training.
2. I'm excited for them to release the Garmin companion App!It takes the thinking out of it and makes it easy to just pick up and do the tables, so I'm doing training more consistently.really great app.
3. A bit confusing at first, i wish there were instructions or a manual to show how to use and create tables, and the purpose of different tables... took me a good deal of research, but once you understand the purpose of these tables, this app is a near perfect training program.
4. I haven't been disappointed yet :)Surprised how legit it feels - was expected something gimmicky without a legit trajectory for my progress, but after reading through their intro, generating my tables, and then practicing the timed exercises, it feels like a legitimate trainer for freediving.
5. can take a breath hold to start out your tables with a good challenge.
6. Maybe the best one is works as meditation and makes me more mindful, relaxed and present.Phenomenal app, best for Apnea training.
7. Works well and keeps me training for breath holdsThis is the best app to exercise holding your breath.
8. I'm new to freediving tables but this app makes easy to do.
9. This app is definitely useful and I makes keeping track of your training much easier.
10. It's pretty important to do a table uninterrupted so I sprang for the low cost of this app thinking it would be a higher quality( and I saw that other freedivers had recommended this app).
11. In thay way it is easy to follow real progress and it feels very safe.
