1. Feels like to cancel the subscription.Signed for the quarterly package, paid sais subscription active and.i can see reports, however when i want to make an invoice it says i cant make an invoice on the free version would I like to subscribe yes or no.....Good app (should be 5 stars) Not impressed by the customer service (this is a payed app after all).

2. Paying for 4 subscriptions and not one of my two apps are on full version.Had the app for years, got a new phone lost all my contacts, invoices and quotes and there's no way to contact them for help.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Invoice pro Issues

1. Fix Invoice pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Invoice pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Invoice pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Invoice pro" » Open Invoice pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Invoice pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Invoice pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Invoice pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Invoice pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Invoice pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Invoice pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Invoice pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Invoice pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Invoice pro not working
