1. Feels like to cancel the subscription.Signed for the quarterly package, paid sais subscription active and.i can see reports, however when i want to make an invoice it says i cant make an invoice on the free version would I like to subscribe yes or no.....Good app (should be 5 stars) Not impressed by the customer service (this is a payed app after all).
2. Paying for 4 subscriptions and not one of my two apps are on full version.Had the app for years, got a new phone lost all my contacts, invoices and quotes and there's no way to contact them for help.
3. I don't want to keep paying for something I've already paid for onceI' ve been using this app for years no problem and paid for the pro version.
4. A few days ago, I paid for it again after a message came up stating that I could no longer create new invoices because I had the free version.
5. now it wants a subscription fee going forward... you don't get to sell to the same people twice Dheads... never using it again.I would have made it a minus 5, but that option does not exist.
6. My phone got stolen today (I live in South Africa, so that is the norm these days) and with that all the not backed up info.This app or its admin has gone to the dogs.
7. Initially I paid for the full version when it was a one time payment of like $1.99 or something.
8. And there are some columns on my invoice that are irrelevant and I don't have the option to have them not appear, such as "quantity".Had the app for years.
9. Contacted them regarding the share icon that isn't working since the last update... Initial reply was quick and also the last I heard from them.
10. I bought the app when it was a one time purchase and it worked well for years with a few bugs to which I became accustomed.
11. I am extremely dissatisfied.I've been using this app every week for a few years now.
