1. Got the product number from a roll cart and sent it to my distributor it listed for 1230.00 but was actually 2800.00 then sent him another one that snap on doesn't even make anymoreNo prices.

2. Terrible!I expected prices and some kind of ordering mechanism a shopping basket etc but the app is literally just a catalogue advertising the product and not showing prices or ways to order.

3. And get this level of garbage app.Rubbish. I get the no prices thing, but they didn't even offer decent descriptions or pictures of their items.

4. Items can be searched by category, keyword or item number, but item descriptions do not display item price or backorder status.

5. It makes no sense to omit the ability to buy what the company sells and everyone is using the application for.Installed for maybe 20 minutes and could tell the app was out dated and pricing was completely off.

6. It's good that you can look up the prices of tools, but I would rather use the app to look up my balance and link it with my bank account.

7. I'd like to be able to put more towards my credit account here n there when my budget allows it with the click of a button instead of waiting for the truck.App is relatively straightforward to run, but not intuitive.

1. Fix Snap-on Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Snap-on: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Snap-on App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Snap-on" » Open Snap-on » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Snap-on » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Snap-on app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Snap-on servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Snap-on" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Snap-on app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Snap-on might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Snap-on. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Snap-on then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Snap-on not working

2. Fix Snap-on Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Snap-on be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Snap-on not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Snap-on may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
