1. I shall revisit my review in the future.After two years of subscription, I can tell this app is truly functional and easy with roster download/changes! And it turns valuable when you realize that the team support attends you with every related problem via email.

4. I'll just stick to the year I've already paid forI've only had this app for a short time but my airline had a partnership with a competing app, though the export features to apps like logten are really great especially if your not 100% ready to change to a new ecosystem of apps.
5. Yes, sometimes I am able to download but mostly not.Excellent customer service now with this app and they fix issues with log in portals for airline systems speedily allowing access to rosters with minimal delay.
6. Remember that often the problems are caused by airlines changing the roster code behind the scenes (even though it can appear to a viewer the same)One of the better crew apps out there.
7. Still have a few bugs I'm dealing with but support is pretty good about working through your issues.
8. Real problem with my app is that it gives timeout errors 9/10 times when trying to download the roster.
9. Being able to connect w/ old friends from other airlines and see that they have the same overnight would be amazing.

11. (Download failed, Request TimeOut) The app tells me to use slow connection but it does not do any good.
