1. I've used it for large commercial projects over 1000 squares and small residential re-roofs ...its a great product and the folks that work there are super helpful and get back to me right a way whenever I've had a situation I don't understand.About to dump this service.

2. I've called customer service several times and they say they are aware of the problem on Android but it's been months now.

3. I've spent a lot of money on this service and it's not been a great experience.The service really begs you to subscribe annually to the point that the monthly subscription is straight robbery.

4. Annoying!Been using this for years great app but for the past few months mobile does not work for creating documents.

5. It doesn't take the place of a site visit but it allows me to concentrate on the customer and gives me back hours in my day that I used to spend crawling around roofs.

6. Can't get anyone on the phone through customer service and always have to leave a message then hope for a call back.

7. Weird buildings, steep slopes, etc, I find that their take -offs are more accurate that a human on site and you don't have to worry about missed details.

8. Software is amazing and customer service is top notch.

9. For my $100.00 annual subscription fee pus 10-20 bucks per take off I get accurate drawings and all the pertinent measurements.

10. So use Roofgraf instead if you don't want to pay for an entire year up front.RoofSnap is like having an extra estimator.

1. Fix RoofSnap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RoofSnap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RoofSnap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RoofSnap" » Open RoofSnap » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RoofSnap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RoofSnap app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RoofSnap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RoofSnap" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RoofSnap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RoofSnap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RoofSnap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RoofSnap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RoofSnap not working

2. Fix RoofSnap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RoofSnap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RoofSnap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RoofSnap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
