1. I've used it for large commercial projects over 1000 squares and small residential re-roofs ...its a great product and the folks that work there are super helpful and get back to me right a way whenever I've had a situation I don't understand.About to dump this service.
2. I've called customer service several times and they say they are aware of the problem on Android but it's been months now.
3. I've spent a lot of money on this service and it's not been a great experience.The service really begs you to subscribe annually to the point that the monthly subscription is straight robbery.
4. Annoying!Been using this for years great app but for the past few months mobile does not work for creating documents.
5. It doesn't take the place of a site visit but it allows me to concentrate on the customer and gives me back hours in my day that I used to spend crawling around roofs.
6. Can't get anyone on the phone through customer service and always have to leave a message then hope for a call back.
7. Weird buildings, steep slopes, etc, I find that their take -offs are more accurate that a human on site and you don't have to worry about missed details.

9. For my $100.00 annual subscription fee pus 10-20 bucks per take off I get accurate drawings and all the pertinent measurements.

11. Didnt see any link for integration for measurement purpose.Would recommend this app to any roofing company, big or small.
