So 3 stars because I've lost all my previous screenshots from one phone to another.Really good, works as intended and doesn't look ugly like some others do, I'm not sure why everyone is saying they can't get the screenshots off of their phone, tap the notification select Google photos, hit share, hit the ••• or the more button and upload to photos, it puts it right in your cloud (which you can then download if you want a hard copy too), Excellent app 10/10I'm a beta tester.. and I've tested a lot of screenshot apps lately approximately 40 in the past.. 2. Please fix thisThis is legit works well for me I had to open the screenshot after taking it and screenshot again for sending purposes but that's okay! Would recommend!Perfectly fine.

1. Fix SnapScreenshot Tool Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SnapScreenshot Tool: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SnapScreenshot Tool App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SnapScreenshot Tool" » Open SnapScreenshot Tool » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SnapScreenshot Tool » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SnapScreenshot Tool app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SnapScreenshot Tool servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SnapScreenshot Tool" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SnapScreenshot Tool app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SnapScreenshot Tool might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SnapScreenshot Tool. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SnapScreenshot Tool then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SnapScreenshot Tool not working
