It feels great.It a great app but isnt allowing to access all features like in gif composite and gif cutout feature, I am unable to click on the OK option becoz it hides under my status bar in my device Idk if it's my device's problem or the app's But anyway please shift the save option a little belowThis SnapGify，which I have tried for more than ten days since downloading, feels very interesting, has many patterns and functions.

1. Fix GIF Master Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GIF Master: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GIF Master App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GIF Master" » Open GIF Master - GIF Editor、GIF Maker、 Video to GIF » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GIF Master » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GIF Master - GIF Editor、GIF Maker、 Video to GIF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GIF Master servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GIF Master - GIF Editor、GIF Maker、 Video to GIF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GIF Master app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GIF Master might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GIF Master. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GIF Master then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GIF Master not working

2. Fix GIF Master Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GIF Master be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GIF Master not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GIF Master may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
