Why should I report an Issue with GIF Toaster - GIF Maker?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. even when previewing for the whole thing (all the frames) it crashes, hope they can fix this.great,however if I wanted to make an edit if some sort, some of the gifs come up pixelated in some frames for no reason and this has happened multiple times.

2. I don't know whether there is certain colours to avoid but overall its great.It works sometimes but the main thing is it won't accept all gifs.

3. A Great App.. when it works, not sure what the issue is but it crashes allot, especially when you go for higher quality and the loading takes a while.

1. Fix GIF Toaster Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GIF Toaster: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GIF Toaster App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GIF Toaster" » Open GIF Toaster - GIF Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GIF Toaster » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GIF Toaster - GIF Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GIF Toaster servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GIF Toaster - GIF Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GIF Toaster app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GIF Toaster might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GIF Toaster. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GIF Toaster then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GIF Toaster not working

2. Fix GIF Toaster Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GIF Toaster be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GIF Toaster not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GIF Toaster may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
