1. Some apps make you watch a 30 second ad/video after exporting something which is a literal nightmare when you're simply sizing 5 or 10 photos for instagram.Actually this app would be so much better if each frame got the entire picture in it, instead of cutting off parts of it on every side, many times cutting off many words that are in the picture, therefore making what's said make no sense.Worked great first time, now just constantly problems, and won't download right in my phone.. frustrating!! Useless ..arrow just spins..commands don't display..wish I could display screen shot of how messed up it is..Blur effect isn't showing up.

1. Fix InFrame Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart InFrame: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the InFrame App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InFrame" » Open InFrame - Photo Editor & Frame » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InFrame » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InFrame - Photo Editor & Frame app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InFrame servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InFrame - Photo Editor & Frame" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InFrame app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InFrame might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InFrame. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InFrame then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InFrame not working

2. Fix InFrame Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InFrame be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InFrame not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InFrame may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
