Why should I report an Issue with Key Messages: Spam SMS Blocker?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Key Messages to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I can receive group messages from other people but if I try to initiate a group text, the message goes to them as if I sent it just to them alone.

2. With this app you have to exit out of message, press the message for a couple seconds and hit a delete button that appears! Deleting messages should be much easier than that! Also it is very difficult to attach documents and it just wants to use pictures.

3. The wildcard text message blocking (the only reason I downloaded this) is alright, but I cant white list all of my contacts.

4. My problem is this app doesn't handle group text messages very well.

5. Overall it's good, but could use more features.I commented 4 years ago: "When a keyword contains Chinese characters, the blocking does not work." I just paid for Premium and am glad to see this issue has been solved.

6. To get a higher rating (from me), the app needs a setting to assume messages from non-contacts are spam and let you whitelist any you want to allow.It's a nice app.

7. I think it only lacks one feature that I want desperately – adding a "Delete" button on the incoming message notifications so that users can delete a message straightaway.

8. No good.The app is fine for sending and receiving messages, and I like the ability to separate business and personal messages.

9. Also, it suddenly has starting giving a strange sound and also vibrates the phone when I delete blocked messages.

10. Considering switching if this happens tomorrow night! Should a setting be changed if you tell it to be changed? It shows that I have changed it, but no effect on my choice!It gets the job done, but I don't like how texts are separated into "organization" and "personal".

1. Fix Key Messages Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Key Messages: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Key Messages App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Key Messages" » Open Key Messages: Spam SMS Blocker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Key Messages » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Key Messages: Spam SMS Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Key Messages servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Key Messages: Spam SMS Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Key Messages app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Key Messages might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Key Messages. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Key Messages then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Key Messages not working

2. Fix Key Messages Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Key Messages be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Key Messages not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Key Messages may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
