So i don't hear the notifications.Good but not split message from number in my contacts or from unknown numbers, no photo with number (regenerate automatically), sometimes too frequently loading to open message, and I don't know why the app always asking "read/write SMS" and "sending a message" even I've tick box always allow, that's very frustrating and annoying.It used to be good but app appears glitchy now, in group messages it sometime will load all messages and sometimes it won't.

2. Noq they are forcing people that have bought the product to subscribe to the new VERY unsuperior product! Get right wity people that have purchased the original contacts+ and stop being greedy & when I might bring back my 5 star rating.It's just a mask app.

3. Also when I downloaded it, it says it may not even be compatible with current Android version? I am using a Galaxy S20 running android 10Downloaded it after I read about being able to customize it more than the factory messaging app that came standard on my S7.

4. No longer.i got this app because I wanted my text messages to have a different notification sound than my normal notifications.

5. Have to switch back and forth to message screen from contacts and can't figure out how the heck to select anything or change contacts.I once paid for a oncw great app.

6. So when it finished downloading, I opened it, and then it said some nonsense saying "Please download our Contacts app." Like, can't you access my contacts? Unbelieveable.Not used friendly.

7. Recent updates have killed all but one of the features that made it stand out from the pack, and they want $10/month for it now! The "lifetime license" I bought a couple years ago just flew right out the window.

8. When sending message in group chat, it'll show up in separate individual messages.

9. Opened it and right away it wants me to download ANOTHER app just to be able use it?! Needless to say, I uninstalled it right away.I accidentally clicked on this app, and it actually looked good.

10. And 2) if my headphones are plugged in (which they usually are, even when they aren't being used) the sound is only played through the headphones.

1. Fix Messages + SMS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Messages + SMS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Messages + SMS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Messages + SMS" » Open Messages + SMS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Messages + SMS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Messages + SMS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Messages + SMS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Messages + SMS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Messages + SMS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Messages + SMS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Messages + SMS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Messages + SMS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Messages + SMS not working

2. Fix Messages + SMS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Messages + SMS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Messages + SMS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Messages + SMS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
