1. Otherwise great app!I reopened this app just to leave a review, 💕 LOVE this app, it targets your head down to your.toes. don't start any exercise without doing proper warmups, this here is a proper warmup app! Kudos to the makers, I'll look out to support you in some way, perhaps a one time small lifetime usage fee like se of the other apps do.
2. I checked the option for variations but every time it's the same sets for the workout.Just enough for stating out on regular exercise and I do it a couple of times a day now.
3. Thanks, useful app to warm up before an exercise session.Just tried it- feeling a lot less stiff now! Only quibble: consider slowing down the animations.
4. add option to select/reorganize/replace exercises (i.e. I end up skipping floor exercises when outdoors, but would like to make up the time w/3-4 standing replacements).
5. On the good side it's clear, deals with most body parts (doesn't do quads and arms though so I add those) and is efficientStarting to get back to fitness after a back injury.
6. I keep wanting to increase my speed to match the animations despite the instructions telling me to go slow!Day 2: This is by far the worst app experience I've ever installed.
7. There's a timer but also the option to move on to the next exercise if you finish quicker.
8. Excellent for brief warmup exercises, which btw, are very effective.
9. The 1st day reviewed the workout exercises quite well, but today I found there was no review of those exercises.
10. The warmup exercise are really helpful.
11. Good exlanation of each exercise.
