Why should I report an Issue with Shopping List?

1. I have several lists, one for each store I frequently shop at.I do not trust this app with lists that have taken a great deal of time to create - it lost all but a dozen items of a comprehensive anx supposedly ongoing grocery list...for the second time.

2. I like the simplicity, I create my list and off I go! I do find that once I start shopping and I start checking off items, the list looks messy.

3. Would it be possible to consider that the items on the list automatically move to the bottom when ticked off and to the top when you untick them? So it's more clear while shopping in a rush.

4. It gives you a prompt when typing of recently bought items... I just wish it had a dark mode...I also wish I could the ads were at the top... It's too close to the add item plus sign... All in all the best list app I've seen.

5. I would suggest that once you've checked an item off, could you move to a done list or something? Then if an item is a staple you can re-select it and it's added to the new list for the next trip to the store.

10. But at the same time, keeping the option of moving them depending on your preference as well.. Also, it would be brilliant if the item(s) could me moved from one list to another when you highlight then.

11. Incidently, it's not obvious, but the master list is editable; three little dots on the left are the point of entry.

1. Fix Shopping List Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shopping List: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shopping List App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shopping List" » Open Shopping List » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shopping List » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shopping List app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shopping List servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shopping List" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shopping List app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shopping List might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shopping List. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shopping List then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shopping List not working

2. Fix Shopping List Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shopping List be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shopping List not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shopping List may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
