1. Everything is working fine, not untill this is happening to me currently, i received a package today and someone hacked into my account and changed my email and password, i can't access my account anymore, and shop2ship didnt send me any email message that my email was changed, i should verify or something like that, to be sure i changed it my self, please i need my account back, my package is still inside 😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏This app sucks they don't care about their clients.

Shopping quality products from USA to our doorsteps is a good experience for everyone.My package has been delivered and yet to be updated on my account since 2days ago, what's going on I have been trying to contact an agent no reply yet since yesterday it's really frustratingThe app maybe working, but it's the worse service I've ever gotten.

Nothing seen to move here further that wordsthe consolidate aspect is slow and the way they send picture now is very bad through a link... you need more staff in the consolidate Service and the Live chat you need more staff ...i consolidate my package sonce Wednesday upto now nothing is done .Fantastic and reliable service.

4. The worst!!! Very disappointedShop2ship doesn't have a good customer service, they won't reply their email and they hardly reply on messenger......No customer service at all, other than that, they are good..App doesn't work.

5. WHY NO ONE TAKES ACTION FOR THIS WORKERS? I read some feedbacks and i see that even here the shop2ship customer service doesn't care about their clients.

6. I just have few days remainingEDIT: WHY THE OWNER OF SHOP2SHIP DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT? 1 OR 2 GUYS SEATS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT REPLYING.

7. They advertise that, their service is brilliant and bla bla, but it's not!!! They don't reply to my messages.

8. It say stopped, close app and send feed back.Shop2ship is an easy and fast way of delivering and purchasing things.

9. My package will soon be disposed and I can't pay with my card or any other card.

10. If I should loose all this package I won't use this app again.

1. Fix Shop2Ship Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shop2Ship: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shop2Ship App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shop2Ship" » Open Shop2Ship » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shop2Ship » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shop2Ship app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shop2Ship servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shop2Ship" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shop2Ship app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shop2Ship might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shop2Ship. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shop2Ship then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shop2Ship not working

2. Fix Shop2Ship Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shop2Ship be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shop2Ship not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shop2Ship may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
