1. Don't give up on shiftkey because of app issues, I've been with shiftkey for over a year and I LOVE it.I love ShiftKey! The app is great and the pay is equally awesome!! My only discrepancy, which is not ShiftKey's fault, is that as of lately, my shifts keep getting canceled after the facility has accepted them! That is highly inconvenient and annoying, especially when you're depending on that day's work.

2. The app has alot of technical problems.I think its bogus to drive and show up, work hard because we get the worse group of people and they play with your money and keep you from getting paid on time and shift key definitely does not help.

3. I would caution folks to research the facilities in their area using ShiftKey prior to wasting time doing onboarding.I'm so glad there's finally an android app for shiftkey.

4. Nothing! Zero stars because I don't work for free!ShiftKey is an amazing agency!!!! I love the flexibility they offer and the variety of facilities to choose from.

5. I have bid on a few shifts with this facility but nothing is ever accepted so I haven't worked even one shift since I completed my onboarding with them two months ago.Well it was great at first.

6. One shift was approved and then immediately canceled and another facility is constantly requesting shifts, but never accepts bids.

7. I called one of the facilities to inquire as to why they canceled my shift, and it was because they went with an internal staffing agency.

8. Wish there was more information regarding facilities i.e. Number of beds, year facility was built, overall rating of facility etc..It's okay.

9. Moving on.....I've been using Shiftkey a little over a year now and I do like it.

10. Assignments are 2 to 3 hours travel time or located in another state so I haven't picked up a shift for those reasons.

1. Fix ShiftKey Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ShiftKey: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ShiftKey App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ShiftKey" » Open ShiftKey - PRN Healthcare Jobs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ShiftKey » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ShiftKey - PRN Healthcare Jobs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ShiftKey servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ShiftKey - PRN Healthcare Jobs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ShiftKey app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ShiftKey might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ShiftKey. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ShiftKey then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ShiftKey not working

2. Fix ShiftKey Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ShiftKey be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ShiftKey not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ShiftKey may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
