1. Almost crashed the first time I tried to change station, it was that HORRIBLY LOUD compared to intercom and radio..Stay away from Sena products, especially the 30k.The development of these units are still in their infancy, despite being around a while.

2. Sena, fix what you have before building a whole new app for 50s / 50r models!My Sena 30K is connected to my phone, makes & takes calls, all the music compatibility, Google Assistant works, etc.. but this APP fails to make the link; app advising I need to connect my headset to my phone.

1. Fix Sena 30K Utility Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sena 30K Utility: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sena 30K Utility App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sena 30K Utility" » Open Sena 30K Utility » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sena 30K Utility » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sena 30K Utility app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sena 30K Utility servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sena 30K Utility" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sena 30K Utility app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sena 30K Utility might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sena 30K Utility. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sena 30K Utility then reinstall.
