Why should I report an Issue with WeeNet - Network Utility Suite?

The app always showed all the connected devices on the first scan itself.Allowing custom port ranges when doing a port scan = +1 star Run port scan on all detected network members = +1 star Beautiful and simple to use, and very fast! Lots of usefull built-in tools and well worth the price to remove adds.

2. But unfortunately, limited port range scan and hassle of manually entering IP of each and every client you want to check for holes... Imagine 150 clients in corpo lan and some ppl opening ports left and right like they are free candy dispensers :(It is showing wrong channel no.

3. Nice UNIX network tools (ping, traceroute, whois, etc.). EXTREMELY ANNOYING ADS cluttering the app, hence only 3 stars.I would like to suggest the option to automatically save every speed test I make so I don't have to worry about pressing the save button.

4. In addition, referred on the PC running windows (under Wi-Fi properties), it's also showing '13'.I understand that an app needs ads to make revenue, but this app shows an ad EVERY time you touch a button.

5. If you really want us to buy then why not release a premium version separately like you did with wps wpa tester?!What a useless app 😠 waisting time and energy I won't try to download these kind of apps anymore it made me regretThis app works great.

6. It shows 5/6 connected device while my router is connected with 9 devices! Also, pop up tp buy premium is kinda annoying.

7. I definitely stand behind the developer.Unuseful. Shows only my current device as the one connected to Wi-Fi.

8. Also it would be great to have a panel full of test buttons so I can jump between a Speedtest and other tests that I can do with a WiFi connection.

10. According to the app, Wi-Fi I'm connected to is on Channel '11' whereas it is on '13'.

1. Fix WeeNet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WeeNet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WeeNet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WeeNet" » Open WeeNet - Network Utility Suite » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WeeNet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WeeNet - Network Utility Suite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WeeNet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WeeNet - Network Utility Suite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WeeNet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WeeNet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WeeNet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WeeNet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WeeNet not working

2. Fix WeeNet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WeeNet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WeeNet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WeeNet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
