1. I can easily connect to the unit via wifi, and view the current camera display, but when I try to view any pictures or video stored on my formatted SD card, it just reverts back to the main menu.

2. After connecting phone via wifi with the 10C and you get into the app to view recordings or it keeps disconnecting sporadically sending you back to main menu for camera controls and stored videos.

3. Get the work experience kid even...the idea is good...you connect your camera onto your phone via dedicated WiFi.

4. If you get stuck in a loop of connecting to wifi and then returning to app and then being told to connect to wifi, make sure you turn off mobile data and switching to mobile data when 4g signal is weak is disabled.

5. I was excited to learn that I could view / download / share video from the camera app with the 10C Evo.

6. That part is a BIG MISS!! Hopefully Sena fixes this function soon, otherwise, its considered false advertisement.You must understand the 10c pro WiFi is a transmitter different than bluetooth.

9. It's worth having.Unusable, Recently got a 10C EVO great comms unit horrible app to control it and view recordings.

1. Fix Sena Camera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sena Camera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sena Camera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sena Camera" » Open Sena Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sena Camera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sena Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sena Camera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sena Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sena Camera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sena Camera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sena Camera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sena Camera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sena Camera not working

2. Fix Sena Camera Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sena Camera be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sena Camera not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sena Camera may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
