1. To use this app ("Sena WiFi Accessories") with the WiFi Adapter (not the "WiFi Docking Station"), I had to perform a "factory reset" of the adapter, and reconnect it to my home Wi-Fi (the same network to which it was previously connected.) So, with the 50R headset NOT connected, freshly reset WiFi Adapter is plugged back into the USB charger (Note: They strongly advise that you DO NOT plug the WiFi Adapter into a computer's USB port!) This app now finds and connects the the WiFi Adapter! Adapter firmware checked and found to be current.

2. Headset plugged into WiFi Adapter, and immediately begins the automatic firmware update! Final note: This app appears on your phone as just "WiFi Accessories" -- not "Sena WiFi Accessories", as any user might expect.

3. I initially setup the included "WiFi Adapter" using the "Sena 50 Utility", but it never would perform an automatic firmware upgrade of my headset, nor could I get it to even check for a WiFi Adapter firmware version update.

4. After searching the Sena community forums, I found a mention of using this app to update the WiFi Adapter firmware.

5. Appears to connect my Sena WiFi adapter to WiFi (light changes from red to blue) but does not detect my WiFi adapter afterwards.

1. Fix Sena WiFi Accessories Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sena WiFi Accessories: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sena WiFi Accessories App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sena WiFi Accessories" » Open Sena WiFi Accessories » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sena WiFi Accessories » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sena WiFi Accessories app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sena WiFi Accessories servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sena WiFi Accessories" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sena WiFi Accessories app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sena WiFi Accessories might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sena WiFi Accessories. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sena WiFi Accessories then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sena WiFi Accessories not working

2. Fix Sena WiFi Accessories Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sena WiFi Accessories be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sena WiFi Accessories not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
