1. Ping IP is a ping tool for android, an network utility application.

1. It keeps on pinging continuously.Please add individual sounds for successful and not successful pings, timeouts, etc so I can use this to monitor connectivity even without looking at it.It keeps crashing.

2. this app is getting good.. i don't see why people complaint about crashing, buy a new phone with higher processors don't use potato phones.It is really helpful for me.

1. Fix Ping IP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ping IP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ping IP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ping IP" » Open Ping IP - Network utility » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ping IP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ping IP - Network utility app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ping IP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ping IP - Network utility" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ping IP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ping IP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ping IP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ping IP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ping IP not working

2. Fix Ping IP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ping IP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ping IP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ping IP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
