1. It's very discouraging for those of us for which that weight range is absolutely not possible.I've only been using this app for a short time but I love it! I've been trying to gain weight for the longest time and couldn't keep track of what helped and what didn't.
2. it will delete your progress every time the app updates.I downloaded a few apps and was trying to decide which to use as as there was a clear trade off btwn good functionality/info and being visually pleasing/good interface.
3. This app gives you the notes option (bless because I put what I do or eat and it helps keep track,) the picture option, the progress IN DETAIL, on charts, by date etc.. it calculates things for you and informs/ educates you gently.
4. By far, this is the best weight tracking app out there, I'm happy with it.If you are looking for a tool to simply track progress, I would recommend this app.
5. Plus, other than notes, it has no place for calorie counting, which is a huge plus in my book.Great app for pluging in the numbers with motivational messages along the way, no matter what your journey is.
