1. maybe let us update our times through the app.Worked fine at first but the last few days it sucks, I keep logging in and it will open and as soon as I click on a tab it automatically closes and stops...not good at all if your trying to run a Business...Need to add save username and password option.

2. A laptop is still the better method for booking loadsi prefer this version over the computer version, more features would make it great like setting confirm load as default and not both.

3. But to constantly have to restart the app multiple times just to find a load is unacceptable.I find the app prety good, I've read most of coments and I don't experiance the problems most are stating.

4. But some things need help for instance the miles are off, ETA is off, and it keeps asking if I'm driving even when I'm sitting on my couch at home.

5. I assume Schneider actually paid somebody to program this ridiculous app? Did some middle school kid program this? Or the same people that did Windows 8/10?I'm giving this app a 3 star due to the fact it's gotten better.

6. The app is a good tool to check loads and booking while your away from the desktop but it's been lagging alot lately.

7. There are some features that I like but there are so many things that need to be worked out .. even if it is a free app , I would pay for an app that had more up to date features and was more savy .

8. Practically no graphics but takes FOREVER to load simple text pages.

10. one feature I do miss is the ability to search multiple state destinations.Should allow fingerprint or pin login.

1. Fix Schneider Accelerate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Schneider Accelerate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Schneider Accelerate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Schneider Accelerate" » Open Schneider Accelerate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Schneider Accelerate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Schneider Accelerate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Schneider Accelerate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Schneider Accelerate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Schneider Accelerate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Schneider Accelerate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Schneider Accelerate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Schneider Accelerate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Schneider Accelerate not working

2. Fix Schneider Accelerate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Schneider Accelerate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Schneider Accelerate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Schneider Accelerate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
