1. Update, it worked again briefly for a few days, but for over a week now when I select my carwash to view it just says 'connection failed'Doesn't work now and no response from Devs.

2. Uninstalled and reinstalled same issue.Wont connect to HMI's since last Android update.

3. I can even make connections to HMI through the internet using a Tosibox VPN gateway.The was working fine until the update a few days ago.

4. The free version does work so I really don't understand why the paid version isn't working.

5. I paid for this and I'm not going to pay for the "plus" version of that is the case!Worked good until yesterday, app will not open at all now on android phone.

1. Fix Vijeo Design'Air Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vijeo Design'Air: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vijeo Design'Air App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vijeo Design'Air" » Open Vijeo Design'Air » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vijeo Design'Air » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vijeo Design'Air app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vijeo Design'Air servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vijeo Design'Air" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vijeo Design'Air app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vijeo Design'Air might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vijeo Design'Air. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vijeo Design'Air then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vijeo Design'Air not working

2. Fix Vijeo Design'Air Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vijeo Design'Air be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vijeo Design'Air not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vijeo Design'Air may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
