1. Saw afterwards in the comments that for basic functionalitly like you get arruba switches you need to pay using apc? I should have just stuck with my powerwalkers and raspberries.I like this application, or rather I liked it before version 1.1.16. But starting from version 1.1.16 developers have removed the possibility of viewing sensor graphics (1 hour, 24 hours and 8 days) for non premium support devices.

2. Did they outsource their app developers? Because the quality of this app is getting worse and worse with every update.My website credentials don't work here and the website version does not validate the UPS that I'm trying to add.

3. I.e. from release to release it is, first of all, a good application, more and more loses its free functions and more and more gets only paid functions.

6. They upgraded the app but it now won't load if you use SSO because they need to upgrade their backend systems.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix EcoStruxure IT Issues

1. Fix EcoStruxure IT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart EcoStruxure IT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the EcoStruxure IT App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EcoStruxure IT" » Open EcoStruxure IT » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EcoStruxure IT » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear EcoStruxure IT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EcoStruxure IT servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EcoStruxure IT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check EcoStruxure IT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EcoStruxure IT might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall EcoStruxure IT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EcoStruxure IT then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EcoStruxure IT not working
