1. All of sudden since April update the s pay not able to work, edit nor add cards, like the hell that watch can no longer communicate with phone.

2. I've been using the Samsung Pay app on my Galaxy Watch Active2 for about three months.

3. I have tried to use this on my active 2 watch and when I go to sign into my Samsung account it just gets thrown back to the beginning.

4. Like others, the only reason I get this watch is to use samsung pay via watch and now the only useful feature just perished.

5. This feature was the whole reason I wanted the watch! Trash app!!!Stuck in the loop.

6. Other days it's not connecting at the turnstile OMNY and I'm forced to take out my phone and tap, which is a pain when I'm holding up a huge line of people.

7. I can just tap the watch without opening Samsung pay first.

8. If u not gonna support non samsung user, mark it in ur product description 🙂 I'm done with Samsung.I use it to pay OMNY when entering subway stations in NYC.

9. I plan to buy Fold 3, but its gonna be a minute Samsung... come onSamsung Dev team totally disrespect non samsung phone users.

10. I just swipe left or right to find the one I want ro use, and pay! Unfortunately, not all retailers accept Samsung Pay.It's handy and it is exactly what it says it is.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Samsung Wallet/Pay (Watch) Issues

  4. Check Samsung Wallet/Pay (Watch) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Samsung Wallet/Pay (Watch) might not work.
