1. I don't know where it came from or why it was on my table but it was responsible for taking up nearly half of my usable storage!!! Samsung was always bad about bloatware but this is next-level, even for them.I'm very put-off by the permissions required in order for the app to function - especially location access, something I wouldn't need and even if I did, should be able to simply allow access at that time, not just to use the app in the first place.
2. Samsung actually has a pretty poor reputation in the privacy aspect - often opting-in settings that steal data (like Customization Service). The relationship between Service Provider (AT&T), hardware manufacturer (Samsung) and software architecture (Android/Google) is, well, "weird" and unlike anything I have experienced in more than a dozen years of tech.
3. With so many options to change the dimensions of a phones display, not to mention differences in screen size per series of device, pixel per inch, as well as customizable display settings in the developer options, I could imagine the nightmare it is to build the app to accommodate all devices and preferences.
4. Not a major issue, though people new to a Samsung device, or Android for that matter, may mistake the formatting of the app as "inferior" to maybe another phone or platform altogether.
5. Kindly screw off and leave my phone programs alone unless I give you specific permission to add a new app.Keep's a pretty good record of my Samsung devices.
6. Scrolling up to make sure I havent typed anything erroneously or made a typo is a bit cumbersome and I would venture to bet it would deter longer reviews, which hey idk could be a good thing lolDoes not work on Samsung Galaxy S9+.
7. It also is hit and miss on having the speaker phone usable (muffled sound coming out, muffled sound sent to the other end, or both without moving the phone between calls).
8. It keeps pulling calls back to the phone from bluetooth devices without any user actions to cause it.
9. Thanks Samsung! This just appeared on my phone after an update.
10. I was trying to open it to find out what is going on with the MASSIVE bluetooth issue for the phone "app".
11. When I try to update, I get an error message that it isn't available on my phone anymore.
