1. Annotations are very poorly thought out, try annotating 5 pictures with text, every time you have to go through on every photo selecting the text tool, changing the size and then if your lucky text appears.

2. Have discussed with support several times over the last year but haven't seen any improvement.Free software with huge functionality and additional features being added over time.

3. I have just spent nearly 2 hours with Support before they finally admitted there was a problem with the software which they knew about before I downloaded it! Still on the Play Store for download now - unbelievable! I now have to take screenshots of each pictures and manually add them.

4. The pictures sometimes don't pull through and they're not placed in the document the same way so they move around a lot! Tables for text are also not uniform which also causes issues with editing.

5. I had these issues on my old phone but upgrading to a brand new model with the latest version of Android hasn't resolved them.

1. Restart SafetyCulture (iAuditor): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SafetyCulture (iAuditor) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SafetyCulture (iAuditor)" » Open SafetyCulture (iAuditor) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SafetyCulture (iAuditor) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SafetyCulture (iAuditor) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SafetyCulture (iAuditor) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SafetyCulture (iAuditor)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SafetyCulture (iAuditor) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SafetyCulture (iAuditor) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SafetyCulture (iAuditor). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SafetyCulture (iAuditor) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SafetyCulture (iAuditor) not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SafetyCulture (iAuditor) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
